Specialty Heating & A/C Inspections Available

For an additional fee, Tri-County Home Inspections will do a technically exhaustive diagnostic inspection, including a complete safety check of any Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System and will provide you with any necessary recommendations. This type of inspection will include checking operating pressures, voltage and amperage draw, temperature drop across evaporator, adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks, evaporator superheat, belts, filters, pressure switches, electrical circuits, contractors, wiring and connections, thermostat, temperature across condenser, condensate drain, safety controls, burners and controls, pilot assembly, gas leak, flue pipe and draft diverter, fan control, pressure regulator, furnace for fumes and check out complete furnace cycle.
